T Cribb & Sons are currently based at three premises close to the City of London offering the best combination of traditional values and modern services. Below charts the history of the company.

We are founder members of the national Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors - the only professional organisation in the UK exclusively dedicated to serving the local independent funeral directors and their communities. Committed to upholding the standards and service expected by the families served.

1996 - Opening of T Cribb & Sons third and largest premises by Lord Young, the purpose-built head office at Beckton. Set in its own land, this flagship building is almost certainly one of Europe's best-equipped funeral centres with all facilities on site and ample parking and access for those with disabilities.

1977 - Second office opened in Barking Road, Canning Town.

1973 - The re-introduction of horse drawn carriages to re-create authentic Victorian horse drawn hearse funerals. The prize-winning horses are renowned throughout the country and recognised as one of the premier horse teams at shows including Royal Windsor.

1963 - Rathbone Street office presented to the company by West Ham Council in recognition of services rendered to the Borough.

1932 - Original office moved from Hallsville Road to Rathbone Street.

1881 - Thomas Cribb established the company in Hallsville Road, Canning Town.
